Mansley Serviced Apartments are a long-established operator with premium properties across the UK.
They approached us as their website was underperforming vs. industry benchmarks. We were tasked to re-build their digital brand presence from the ground up, with a focus on driving direct bookings.
We first conducted a comprehensive audit of Mansley’s current website and visual identity.
Their logo was a little stale and no longer reflected the Mansley brand’s values - with dark, heavy colours and dated imagery. In addition, the branding lacked consistent visual assets beyond the logo.
We re-imagined the brand’s maypole graphic in a clean, modern style and developed a full identity system optimised for all media applications, complete with colours, fonts, pattern and illustrated elements.
As each Mansley property has its own character and identity, we created a visual language that would allow each property’s unique features to shine through, while also ensuring a coherent, quality experience – “By Mansley”.
We then redesigned the Mansley website, working in partnership with Sibbald Digital. The site was re-engineered with the user in mind, incorporating intuitive navigation, easy booking, map search, property landing pages and helpful, detailed information on room types and nearby attractions.
We also transformed the site's visual appeal, by applying the new branding and commissioning quality photography to showcase the properties in the best possible light.
Mansley felt the new identity website was truly transformational, surpassing expectations and giving them a solid platform for future growth.
